For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be exchanged, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Nalebe packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. Refunds are not available at this time, Returns are not available for personalized items. Exchange times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Exchanges will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so independently. More information is available during the online return/exchange procedure.
You are entitled to an exchange for regular price merchandise within 5 days of receiving the item. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Due to the intimate nature and materials used our Artisan Furs are considered FINAL SALE.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (exchanges) after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN GOODS. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 TO 7 business days after we receive your return in "New" condition
AMINAMEANSLLC recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, AMINAMEANSINC will not be held accountable for any losses.
